FAQ
"Do you clean the outside of the car?"
No. We only clean and detail the inside of vehicles.
"What methods of payment do you take?"
We accept cash and e-transfer.
"My appointment is at 9:00, but I need my car at 10:00. You'll be done by then, right?"
No. The time required for each vehicle varies, but please allow 2-4 hours for your detailing process to be completed. Depending on the condition of the vehicle, the time may surpass 4 hours.
"There's pet hair, but not that much. Do I still have to pay the surcharge?"
Yes. We often find more pet hair than expected (hidden under seats, for example) and this requires extra time and supplies to remove. Pet Hair Removal surcharge starts at $20, and increases based on the size of the vehicle, type & amount of pet hair, and time required to remove it.
"It's supposed to rain at the time of my appointment. Do I need to reschedule?"
Yes. Our business is weather dependent. We are unable to clean the vehicles outdoors if it's raining. This can damage our equipment, and causes humidity/moisture to collect on the inside of the vehicle. Because of this, sometimes last minute rescheduling can occur.
*Please note: High temperatures/humidity during the summer months can also be cause for rescheduling.
"Can I leave garbage and belongings in my car for you to clean?"
No. We ask that the vehicles be emptied (to the best of your ability) of garbage and personal belongings before your scheduled appointment. This includes the center console and glove box.
"My appointment is scheduled from 1:00-2:00pm, so you'll be done by 2:00pm?"
No. Your appointment time is a time frame for the detailer to arrive. Once on-site, please allow 2-4 hours for the detailing to be completed.
"Do you need access to a hose?"
No. We bring our own water source for cleaning the rubber mats. If a hose is available, it can be helpful, but not a requirement.
