Surcharges apply based on the condition and cleaning requirements of the vehicle. Surcharge pricing for 7 Seater SUV, Minivan & Transport Trucks range from $40-$80+tax. Surcharge pricing for all other sized vehicles range from $20-$60+tax.
Salt Stain Removal
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: Some salt stains and build up can go deep into the carpets, and would be deemed excessive. This requires extra time and supplies to remove.
Price varies based on amount/area of salt build up and time/work required to remove it.
Pet Hair Removal
Time: Additional 0.5-1.5 Hours
Details: Pet hair removal is labour-intensive and requires extra time & supplies to remove. It is important we are made aware at time of booking.
Price varies based on size of vehicle, amount & type of pet hair and time/work required to remove it.
Sand Removal
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: If you regularly go to the beach or park, there's likely sand in your vehicle. It can take multiple passes to fully remove the sand that hides in the fibers of the carpets.
Price varies based on amount/area of sand accumulation and time required to remove it.
Kids & Extra Mess
Time: Additional 0.5-1.5 Hours
Details: We all know what kids are capable of. Sticky fingers, spilled drinks, lost snacks and sand... so much sand. All of this can add extra time and work to the cleaning process.
Price varies based on size of vehicle, level of mess and extra time required.
Child Car Seat Cleaning
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: We offer steam cleaning for child car seats and booster seats that are removed from the vehicle.
Price varies based on size of seat and condition.
Stain Removal
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: Stubborn stains, mold, grease or fluids that require cleaning will require extra time and supplies to remove.
Price varies based on type/size of mess and time required to remove.
Work/Trades or Recently Salvaged Vehicles
Time: Additional 0.5-3 Hours
Details: Our standard pricing is based on personal use vehicles. A vehicle that is used for commercial/trade work, or recently salvaged, and deemed excessively dirty, will require extra time and supplies.
Price varies based on size of vehicle, condition, and time required.
Ozone Odour Remover
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: Ozone treatment neutralizes odour-causing molecules within the vehicle. The machine will be run for 30-60 minutes inside the vehicle after the detailing is completed.
Door Hinge Cleaning
Time: Additional 0.5-1 Hour
Details: Cleaning the door hinges of your vehicle helps to prevent rust and maintain the integrity of the hinges. The hinges will be cleaned/degreased and a new application of automotive grease will be applied.
Emergency/ASAP Service
Time: Service within 24 hours
Details: Do you need assistance as soon as possible? If you have an unexpected mess (ie: a big spill, throw up, pet mess etc) that requires immediate attention, we can assist within 24 hours.

Long Distance Travel
Time: Over 1 Hour Travel Time
Details: We offer our services throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas. We are happy to travel any distance to service your vehicles, but a travel surcharge may apply depending on your location.
Additional Services - Pricing Levels
Pet Hair Removal
Below is an example of how and when we would adjust the surcharge pricing with pet hair removal.
Level 1: Low
- Pet hair amount is minimal.
- Pet hair is not embedded in the fabrics.
- Pet hair is removed mainly by vacuum.
Level 2: Mid
- Pet hair is present throughout entire vehicle.
- Pet hair is embedded in fabrics.
- It requires extra time, tools & labour to remove.
Level 3: High
- A large amount of pet hair is present, either throughout entire vehicle or a specific area.
- Pet hair is deeply embedded in fabrics and difficult to remove.
- It requires extra time, tools & labour to remove.
Salt Stain Removal
Below is an example of how and when we would adjust the surcharge pricing with salt stain removal.
Level 1: Low
- Salt is minimal and from previous winter only.
- Carpets are cleaned regularly and/or vehicle is less than 2 years old.
- Salt is present in only 1-2 areas of the vehicle.
Level 2: Mid
- Salt area is large, spread out across carpets & mats.
- Salt in upholstery and hard to reach areas.
- Salt is present in 3 areas of the vehicle.
Level 3: High
- Salt build up from multiple winters.
- Salt area is large and embedded in the fabrics.
- Salt is hard, crusty and has many layers built up.
- Salt is present in 4 or more areas of the vehicle.
Our Additional Services are priced based on a variety of factors, such as size of vehicle, type of cleaning requirements, extra time required and labour involved. We will charge the Level 1: Low surcharge when providing an estimate, and adjust accordingly at your appointment.
